Maggie needs a Sat Nav...

I was away from the pub all day today, helping James collect the remaining belongings from our old house. Without me being there to keep an eye on her, Maggie went missing again. Julie, Chino and lots of other staff and customers were searching the streets looking for her and she eventually turned up and was sat on the doorstep when Julie staggered back from a long trek down the lanes.

The option of fitting a tracking device to Maggie has been discussed regularly, but I think she has finally pushed Julie over the edge and she will therefore, soon be rigged up to set alarm bells ringing if she sets foot outside the pub. The question is, what device will work best? If anyone has any advice please let me know and I will pass it on..

  1. Hi Hamish
Did you and Maggie see the burning ring of fire in the Eastern sky on Saturday night? Well Annette did and yes I know that it's not unusual for Diamond White drinkers to see all sorts of things but that aside apparently it was quite scary. Were you and Maggie under the bed or barking like mad at it through the window? Talking of barking mad has James sorted out his water problems yet??

  2. I'll try and get a sneaky sip of Diamond White tonight when all have gone to bed and see what happens...

The leak has now been sorted but James is still in bad books because after dragging Julie out of the shower he then dragged the washing machine out of the cupboard and ripped the brand new flooring. To make matters worse they also popped along Blenheim Avenue today to see someone and James left the ignition on in the car, which he normally says is a girlie thing to do and they then had to push the car home!
